Who We Are:

Knighted Ventures is a diversified gaming and entertainment company, revolutionizing third party banking for California casinos. Our gaming associates (or “third-party proposition players”) sit in on card games with funds to cover the wins and losses, and manage the bank chips. You will ensure games are played accurately (mistake-free) and according to casino rules. You'll be part of the action by controlling the action!


We're looking to hire the best and the brightest individuals to join our team; people who possess an eye for detail, strong arithmetic skills, leadership capability, and an outgoing personality. No prior casino experience is necessary. You will receive several weeks of highly interactive, best-in-industry training and job shadowing that will teach you everything you need to know about the game and the job. This process will also help you develop impressive speed and accuracy for doing mental math!

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with numbers (basic arithmetic): you can add in your head quickly and effortlessly.
  • Great people skills: you like working with people, and you're a team player.
  • Detail-oriented: you're great at pattern recognition and detecting mistakes.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and you arrive on time.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and credit check.

Details:

  • Daytime shifts begin at $15/hour
  • Nighttime shifts begin at $17/hour
  • Benefits: medical, dental, and vision
