Knighted Ventures' Gaming Associates ensure that the table games are controlled effortlessly, watching for mistakes in dealings, game rules, and chip payouts and collections. You'll be part of the action by controlling the action!

We're looking to hire top gaming associates who possess an eye for detail, strong arithmetic skills, an outgoing personality, and leadership qualities. If you're a people person, driven to succeed, and  a great team player, you'll love working with us!

There's no need for prior table game knowledge or casino experience--we will get you up to speed with where you need to be! We're looking for:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required.
• Good people skills: you like working with people, and you're a team player.
• Proficiency with numbers (basic arithmetic): you can add in your head quickly and effortlessly.
• Detail-oriented:  you're great at spotting mistakes and good at pattern recognition.
• Positive attitude and self-driven: you're always asking "what more can I do" instead of "when am I done?".
•  We welcome a steady work history in cash handling, accountancy, hospitality or customer service for the Gaming Associate position.

What you'll do on the job:

    Ensure cards are played accurately.
    Ensurechip collections and payouts are transacted accurately.
    Assist the dealer with transactions, if necessary.

•  You’ll be put through a highly interactive training course, touching upon present cardroom table games and procedures.
• You'll be given opportunities for advancement into supervisory and management roles, as well as the management training and development to ensure your success.
• Attention to detail is key. When banking, you’ll need to recognize and confidently correct errors at the table.

Details:

•     Daytime Shifts begin at $15/hour
•     Nighttime Shifts begin at $17/hour
•     No prior casino experience necessary.
